From North: From the A1 motorway exit at Firenze Certosa. Take the Firenze-Siena towards Siena. Exit at Siena Ovest.

Our hotel is about a kilometer from the motorway exit.

From South: From the A1 motorway exit at Valdichiana and follow signs to Siena. Once in the town follow the direction to the "Tangenziale" direction Florence and exit at Siena Ovest.

BY TRAIN
Siena is well connected by trains from both Rome and Florence.

From Rome there are many connections, about three hours trip with change in Chiusi or Grosseto.

From Florence there are several direct connections, trip last 1.5-2 hours, there are also connections that changes at Empoli.

Alternatively, there are many bus companies that make connections from varius small towns in Tuscany, and from the major Italian cities.

BY PLANE
The Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci (FLR) connects with all major Italian airports and 13 European destinations.

From the airport there is a direct bus service to Siena operated by "Train" (for info and timetables call +39 0577 204111 or visit http://www.trainspa.it) or you can take a train from the station "S.M. Novella" in Florence.

The Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei" however, is the most important in Tuscany: it links the city with all major Italian and European destinations. Pisa is connected by many trains to Siena (about two hours ride) with a change in Empoli.
